Diversity-It's link to "Everyone's Shadow Is The Same Color"

Definition of DIVERSITY

1
: the condition of having or being composed of differing elements : varietyespecially * : the inclusion of different types of people (as people of different races or cultures) in a group or organization <programs intended to promotediversity in schools>
2
: an instance of being composed of differing elements or qualities : an instance of being diverse <a diversity of opinion>  http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/diversity

The link to "Everyone's Shadow Is The Same Color" is quite simple.  The definition simply states "the condition of having or being composed of differing elements".  However, when an object whether human or non-human, living or non-living is struck by the light of the "Sun" or projected man-made light the "shadow" appears to be the same color.  There are instances I'm told when the shadow can appear to be darker or light or perhaps even a different shade of darkness.  I'm not a scientist nor an expert of light refraction but all I know is that if given the same light and the same general area the shadows cast are the same color.
The word "inclusion" is such a powerful one. Embracing one another and teaching our children to do the same is an important aspect of life.  Through time we've seen many changes but it still seems to be a problem when it comes to understanding the vast many of cultural differences as well as the constant strife that exists throughout our world. The more I delve into this idea the great need for my own personal education in this subject matter.
Where do I want to take all of this?  Quite simply, I want to be able to bring the methods and the means for "people" in general(young and old) to embrace one another, to help one another in a common cause to make our own smaller world and ultimately our larger world to become a better place.
Please take the time if you read this to think about it and comment.
